Er bewirkt auch die Auflösung (laya) und das wechselseitige Ineinander von Anfang und Ende; denn der Vollbringer von Schöpfung, Zerstörung und der Ordnung der Welten ist der Gott Maheśvara.
Śiva (Maheśvara) speaking to Devī (Pārvatī)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī
Scene: Śiva as cosmic ruler: in one hand the drum of creation, in another the fire of dissolution; worlds arranged like a mandala, with streams showing beginnings folding into endings.
All cosmic cycles—origin, order, and dissolution—ultimately depend on Maheśvara, directing worship toward the supreme governor of time and change.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, where Śiva’s universal lordship is proclaimed as part of the site’s greatness.
None; it is doctrinal praise (stuti) supporting Śaiva devotion.
