Transliteration

layaṃ caiva tathānyonyamādyaṃtaṃ prakaroti ca | sargasaṃhārasaṃsthānāṃ karttā devo maheśvaraḥ

Translation

Er bewirkt auch die Auflösung (laya) und das wechselseitige Ineinander von Anfang und Ende; denn der Vollbringer von Schöpfung, Zerstörung und der Ordnung der Welten ist der Gott Maheśvara.
