नवमीं पूजयेद्देवीं सततं सर्वतोमुखीम् । मन्त्रेणानेन वै देवि उद्वयन्तमितीह वै
navamīṃ pūjayeddevīṃ satataṃ sarvatomukhīm | mantreṇānena vai devi udvayantamitīha vai
Stets soll man die Göttin Navamī verehren, die Allangesichtige, in alle Richtungen gegenwärtig. Mit diesem Mantra, o Göttin — nämlich dem, das mit „udvayantam…“ beginnt — soll sie wahrlich angebetet werden.
