Transliteration

puṣpāṇāṃ pravarā jātī dhūpānāṃ vijayaḥ paraḥ | gandhānāṃ kuṃkumaṃ śreṣṭhaṃ lepānāṃ raktacaṃdanam

Translation

Unter den Blumen ist der Jasmin der vornehmste; unter den Räucherwerken ist „Vijaya“ das höchste. Unter den Düften ist Kunkuma (Safran) das beste; und unter den Salben ist rotes Sandelholz das vortrefflichste.
