Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 28

महामन्त्रं जपेत्क्षिप्रं दशांशं होमयेत्सुधीः । होमेन सिद्ध्यते मन्त्रः सत्यं सत्यं वरानने

mahāmantraṃ japetkṣipraṃ daśāṃśaṃ homayetsudhīḥ | homena siddhyate mantraḥ satyaṃ satyaṃ varānane

Der Weise soll rasch das große Mantra rezitieren und den zehnten Teil als Homa darbringen. Durch das Homa wird das Mantra vollendet—wahrlich, wahrlich, o Schönangesichtige.
