Transliteration

daivajñaiḥ kalitaḥ kāla eṣa eva śubhodayaḥ | yathā kālātyayo na syāttathā nītirvidhīyatām

Translation

Diese Zeit, von den Sterndeutern berechnet, ist eben der glückverheißende Aufgang des Guten; darum werde die rechte Vorgehensweise so geordnet, dass keine Verzögerung über die rechte Stunde hinaus entstehe.
