Transliteration

kecitprāṇaparā bhītāḥ pākhaṇḍāśramamāsthitāḥ | hetuvādaparā mūḍhā niḥśaucā nirapekṣakāḥ

Translation

Einige, von Furcht ergriffen und am Leben hängend, suchten Zuflucht in häretischen Orden. Verblendete, die nur der Streitkunst anhingen, wurden unrein und gleichgültig gegenüber rechter Zucht.
