Transliteration

bhrāmayennagaraṃ sarvaṃ nānāvādyaiḥ samanvitam | sthāpayedbhrāmayitvā tu sakalaṃ nagaraṃ nṛpaḥ

Translation

Der König soll die ganze Stadt in einer Prozession umherführen lassen, begleitet von vielerlei Musikinstrumenten; und nachdem er sie herumgeführt hat, soll er die ganze Stadt wieder ordnungsgemäß aufstellen und festigen.
