स्यकारमंगुष्ठयोर्न्यस्य धीकारमुरसि न्यसेत् । मकारं जानुमूले तु हि कारं गुह्यमाश्रितम्

Transliteration

syakāramaṃguṣṭhayornyasya dhīkāramurasi nyaset | makāraṃ jānumūle tu hi kāraṃ guhyamāśritam

Translation

Nachdem man die Silbe „sya“ auf die Daumen gesetzt hat, lege man „dhī“ auf die Brust. Dann setze „ma“ an die Basis der Knie; und „hi“ wird der geheimen (genitalen) Region zugewiesen.
