यदेतन्नारदेनोक्तं सत्यमत्र तु किं भवेत् । एवं च श्रूयते लोके चापल्यं स्त्रीषु विद्यते । श्लोकाविमौ पुरा गीतौ चित्तज्ञैर्योषितां द्विजैः

yadetannāradenoktaṃ satyamatra tu kiṃ bhavet | evaṃ ca śrūyate loke cāpalyaṃ strīṣu vidyate | ślokāvimau purā gītau cittajñairyoṣitāṃ dvijaiḥ

„Ist denn wahr, was Nārada hier gesprochen hat? Und doch hört man in der Welt, dass Wankelmut bei Frauen zu finden sei. Wahrlich, diese beiden Ślokas wurden einst von einsichtsvollen Brāhmaṇas gesungen, die das Wesen der Frauen kannten.“
