Transliteration

mūlaṃ surāṇāṃ hi kila brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | tena saṃsthāpitaṃ yasmānmūla sthānamiti smṛtam

Translation

Wahrlich, Brahmā, der Pitāmaha der Welten, gilt als die Wurzel der Götter. Und weil es von ihm gegründet wurde, wird es als „Mūlasthāna“, die Wurzelstätte, in Erinnerung gehalten.
