Type: kshetra
Scene: A temporal shift is depicted: mortals begin organized worship of the liṅga at Arbuda—offerings, lamps, water abhiṣeka—while the memory of earlier celestial worship lingers in the background as devas in their abodes.
Sacred worship practices on earth are presented as divinely instituted, making temple-pūjā a continuation of cosmic reverence.
The Arbuda-kṣetra liṅga, whose worship is said to have become established among humans.
The verse generally affirms liṅga-pūjā among mortals; it does not specify a particular offering or procedure.
