Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 39

मद्यमांसरतानां च यत्पापं जायते नृणाम् । तेन पापेन लिप्यामि यद्यहं नागमे पुनः

madyamāṃsaratānāṃ ca yatpāpaṃ jāyate nṛṇām | tena pāpena lipyāmi yadyahaṃ nāgame punaḥ

Wenn ich nicht wieder hierher komme, möge mich die Sünde beflecken, die bei Menschen entsteht, die dem Rauschtrank und dem Fleisch ergeben sind—durch eben diese Sünde möge ich befleckt sein.
