Transliteration

dṛṣṭvā prāha tadā vipraṃ bhakṣaṇārthamupasthitam | bhakṣayiṣyāmi vai vipra tvāmahaṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ

Translation

Als er den Brahmanen sah, der als Beute in Reichweite gekommen war, sprach er: „O Brahmane, wahrlich, ich werde dich verschlingen; daran besteht kein Zweifel.“
