श्रीभगवानुवाच । सामान्यवचनं प्रोक्तं सर्वस्त्रीणामनेन हि । तत्किमर्थं महाभागे त्वया चैवेदृशः कृतः
śrībhagavānuvāca | sāmānyavacanaṃ proktaṃ sarvastrīṇāmanena hi | tatkimarthaṃ mahābhāge tvayā caivedṛśaḥ kṛtaḥ
Der erhabene Herr sprach: „Er äußerte nur eine allgemeine Aussage über alle Frauen. Warum also, o Glückselige, hast du eine solche Tat vollbracht?“
