परिक्षीणोऽस्मि विप्रेंद्र क्षयव्याधिप्रभावतः । तस्मात्कुरु प्रतीकार महं त्वां शरणं गतः

Transliteration

parikṣīṇo'smi vipreṃdra kṣayavyādhiprabhāvataḥ | tasmātkuru pratīkāra mahaṃ tvāṃ śaraṇaṃ gataḥ

Translation

„O Viprendra, Herr unter den Brāhmaṇas, durch die Macht dieser zehrenden Krankheit bin ich völlig ausgezehrt. Darum gewähre mir ein Heilmittel — zu dir bin ich als Zuflucht gekommen.“
