Type: kshetra
Scene: Viṣṇu rises from Śeṣa-couch, radiance expanding; Indra (Balasūdana) stands with folded hands; devas behind him; the moment of divine audience and inquiry about the three worlds’ welfare.
The Supreme Lord is attentive to cosmic order and receives the distressed with compassionate inquiry.
Śvetadvīpa is the sacred meeting-place where the devas approach Viṣṇu and receive his audience.
No ritual is prescribed; the verse frames a dhārmic dialogue of refuge and divine counsel.
