इति मंत्रेणार्घ्यम् । ततो विधिनिषेधौ च ग्राह्यौ भक्त्या हरेः पुरः । चातुर्मास्ये समायाते सर्वलोकमहासुखे

iti maṃtreṇārghyam | tato vidhiniṣedhau ca grāhyau bhaktyā hareḥ puraḥ | cāturmāsye samāyāte sarvalokamahāsukhe

„So ist das Arghya mit dem Mantra. Danach soll man in Hingabe, vor Hari, die Gebote und Enthaltungen annehmen, wenn das Cāturmāsya herannaht, das allen Welten großes, glückverheißendes Wohlergehen bringt.“
