Transliteration

yāvadvarṣasahasrāṃtaṃ phalāhāro babhūva ha | śīrṇaparṇāśanāhāro yāvadvarṣasahasrakam

Translation

Tausend Jahre lang lebte er von Früchten; und weitere tausend Jahre nährte er sich von herabgefallenen Blättern.
