सोऽपि भूमिपतेः पुत्रस्तव यच्छति नोदकम् । न च सस्यं द्विजातिभ्यस्त्वन्मार्गमनुसंचरन्
so'pi bhūmipateḥ putrastava yacchati nodakam | na ca sasyaṃ dvijātibhyastvanmārgamanusaṃcaran
Doch selbst jener dein Sohn, o Herr der Erde, gibt—deinem Weg folgend—den Dvija, den Zweimalgeborenen, weder Wasser noch Korn/Speise.
