ततःप्रभृति सा देवी तस्मिन्क्षेत्रे व्यवस्थिता । तन्नाम्ना कामदा नृणां सर्वव्यसननाशिनी
tataḥprabhṛti sā devī tasminkṣetre vyavasthitā | tannāmnā kāmadā nṛṇāṃ sarvavyasananāśinī
Von da an blieb die Göttin in jenem heiligen Kṣetra gegründet; und unter eben diesem Namen wurde sie unter den Menschen als „Kāmadā“ bekannt—als Vernichterin allen Unheils.
