Transliteration

eteṣāṃ paraloko'tra vidyate ye taporatāḥ | na ca martyaphalaṃ kiṃcidapi svalpataraṃ bhavet

Für die der Askese Hingebenden ist die „jenseitige Welt“ hier das wahrhaft Wichtige; für sie hat kein Lohn der Menschenwelt—nicht einmal der geringste—Bedeutung.
