न ग्रहाः पूजितास्तेन दक्षेण च महात्मना । ग्रहाणां विषयत्वेन सच्छिद्रोऽयं महानभूत्

Transliteration

na grahāḥ pūjitāstena dakṣeṇa ca mahātmanā | grahāṇāṃ viṣayatvena sacchidro'yaṃ mahānabhūt

Translation

Und der großherzige Dakṣa verehrte die Grahas (Planetenmächte) nicht. Weil die Grahas zur Sache der Vernachlässigung wurden, geriet dieses große Vorhaben mangelhaft, voller Riss und Lücke.
