Transliteration

yatsāraṃ sarvalokasya vīryasya tapaso'pi ca | tadaikādaśa rudrāṃśca cakārāgresarānhariḥ

Translation

Hari (Viṣṇu) machte die elf Anteile Rudras zu den Anführern, indem er die eigentliche Essenz aller Welten, der Tapferkeit und selbst der Askese (tapas) hervorbrachte.
