यत्रानुकूल्यं दंपत्योस्त्रिवर्गस्तत्र वर्धते । यदुच्यते पुराविद्भिरिति तत्तथ्यमीक्षितम्

Transliteration

yatrānukūlyaṃ daṃpatyostrivargastatra vardhate | yaducyate purāvidbhiriti tattathyamīkṣitam

Translation

Wo zwischen Gatte und Gattin gegenseitige Eintracht herrscht, dort gedeihen die drei Lebensziele—Dharma, Artha und Kāma. Was die Weisen der Vorzeit verkündeten, hat sich als wahr erwiesen.
