का त्वं कथय वामोरु कस्य भार्यासि सुव्रते । को देशः कस्य वा पुत्री किन्नामेत्यब्रवीच्च ताम्
kā tvaṃ kathaya vāmoru kasya bhāryāsi suvrate | ko deśaḥ kasya vā putrī kinnāmetyabravīcca tām
Er sprach zu ihr: «Wer bist du? Sage es mir, o Schönschenklige; wessen Gattin bist du, o Frau guter Gelübde? Aus welchem Land stammst du, wessen Tochter bist du, und wie lautet dein Name?»
