Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 79

भूतेन्द्रियान्तः करणप्रधानपुरुषात्मकम् । जगद्वै ह्येतदखिलं तदा भेदः किमात्मकः

bhūtendriyāntaḥ karaṇapradhānapuruṣātmakam | jagadvai hyetadakhilaṃ tadā bhedaḥ kimātmakaḥ

Diese ganze Welt ist wahrlich aus den Elementen, den Sinnen, dem inneren Werkzeug (Geist), aus Pradhāna und Puruṣa gebildet. Wenn dem so ist, worin könnte dann „Verschiedenheit“ wirklich bestehen?
