तथाभिलषितः पुत्रः सर्वविद्याविशारदः । भविष्यति न सन्देहश्चैवमुक्त्वा ययौ हरः
tathābhilaṣitaḥ putraḥ sarvavidyāviśāradaḥ | bhaviṣyati na sandehaścaivamuktvā yayau haraḥ
„So wird es sein: Der Sohn, den du begehrst, wird in allen Wissenszweigen kundig sein—daran besteht kein Zweifel.“ So sprechend ging Hara (Śiva) davon.
