Sukta 6.68
स इत्सुदानुः स्ववाँ ऋतावेन्द्रा यो वां वरुण दाशति त्मन् । इषा स द्विषस्तरेद्दास्वान्वंसद्रयिं रयिवतश्च जनान् ॥
sá ít su-dā́nuḥ svá-vāṃ ṛtā́vā indrā́ yó vāṃ varuṇa dā́śati tmán | iṣā́ sá dvíṣas taréd dā́svān váṃsad rayíṃ rayi-vátaś ca jánān ||
Er ist wahrlich der gute Geber, aus eigener Kraft mächtig, ein Hüter des ṛta, o Indra – der euch beiden, o Varuṇa, aus seinem innersten Selbst darbringt. Durch den göttlichen Antrieb (iṣā) setzt er sich über die feindlichen Mächte hinweg; gebend gewinnt er rayi, die Fülle des Reichtums, und mehrt sie auch für die Menschen, die von diesem Reichtum erfüllt sind.
