Sukta 3.29
यदी मन्थन्ति बाहुभिर्वि रोचतेऽश्वो न वाज्यरुषो वनेष्वा । चित्रो न यामन्नश्विनोरनिवृतः परि वृणक्त्यश्मनस्तृणा दहन् ॥
yádī mánthanti bāhúbhir ví rocate ’śvó na vāj́y aruṣó váneṣv ā́ | citró na yā́mann aśvínor anivṛ́taḥ pári vṛṇakty áśmanaḥ tṛ́ṇā dáhan ||
Wenn sie ihn mit den Armen reiben und quirlen, leuchtet er auf – wie ein schneller, rötlicher Streitross der Kraft in den Wäldern. Wie der glänzende, ungehinderte Gang der Aśvins zieht er ringsumher und verbrennt die steinerne Härte und die dürren Gräser des Seins.
