पिपर्तु नो अदिती राजपुत्राति द्वेषांस्यर्यमा सुगेभिः । बृहन्मित्रस्य वरुणस्य शर्मोप स्याम पुरुवीरा अरिष्टाः ॥

Transliteration

pípārtu no áditiḥ rā́ja-putrā́ ati dveṣā́ṃsy aryamā́ su-gébhīḥ | bṛhán mitrásya váruṇasya śárma úpa syāma puru-vīrā́ áriṣṭāḥ ||

Translation

Möge Aditi, königlich geboren, die Mutter der Weite, uns erfüllen und nähren und uns über alle Feindschaften hinübertragen; möge Aryaman uns auf guten Wegen führen. Mögen wir dem weiten Schutz Mitras und Varuṇas nahekommen, reich an heldischer Kraft und unversehrt.
