Sukta 2.13
अन्वेको वदति यद्ददाति तद्रूपा मिनन्तदपा एक ईयते । विश्वा एकस्य विनुदस्तितिक्षते यस्ताकृणोः प्रथमं सास्युक्थ्यः ॥
anvéko vadati yád dadā́ti tád rūpā́ minán tád-apā́ eka īyate | viśvā́ ékasya vi-núdas titikṣate yás tā́kṛṇoḥ prathamáṃ sá āsy ukthyáḥ ||
Einer folgt nach und verkündet, was er gibt; doch er wandelt die Gestalten dieser Gabe. Einer allein schreitet dahin, gleich den Wassern selbst. Alle Abwehr und alle Stöße gegen den Einen erträgt und erduldet er – der jene Kräfte zuerst gestaltete; er ist wahrlich der rechte Gegenstand des Hymnus.
