Transliteration

yác cid dhí śáśvatā tánā deváṃ-devam yájāmahe | tvé íd hū́yate havíḥ ||

Translation

Welcher Gottheit wir auch immer, von Zeitalter zu Zeitalter, in der fortlaufenden Linie unseres Daseins, Verehrung darbringen — wahrlich, zu dir, o Agni, wird die Opfergabe gerufen; du bist das Tor der Darbringung zu jeder göttlichen Macht.
