हतमिन्द्रजितंदृष्टवाशयानं च रणक्षितौ ।राक्षसानांसहस्रेषु न कश्चित्प्रत्यदृश्यत ।।।।

Transliteration

hatam indrajitaṃ dṛṣṭvā śayānaṃ ca raṇakṣitau |

rākṣasānāṃ sahasreṣu na kaścit pratyadṛśyata ||

Translation

Als man Indrajit erschlagen und auf dem Boden des Schlachtfeldes daliegen sah, war unter den Tausenden von Rākṣasas nicht ein einziger mehr dort zu erblicken.
