इन्द्रजित्-वधः

The Slaying of Indrajit

सोऽतिविद्धोबलवताशत्रुणाशत्रुघातिना ।असक्तंप्रेषयामासलक्ष्मणायबहून् शरान् ।।।।

so 'tividdho balavatā śatruṇā śatrughātinā | asaktaṃ preṣayāmāsa lakṣmaṇāya bahūn śarān ||

Obwohl er von dem mächtigen Feind, Lakṣmaṇa, dem Feinderschläger, schwer durchbohrt war, hörte er doch nicht auf und sandte unablässig viele Pfeile auf Lakṣmaṇa.
