The Display of the Illusory Head of Rāma
तस्यतद्वचनंश्रुत्वामन्त्रिणोऽभ्यागमन् द्रुतम् ।ततस्समन्त्रयामासराक्षसैस्सचिवैस्सह ।।।।
tasya tad vacanaṃ śrutvā mantriṇo 'bhyāgaman drutam |
tatas sa mantrayāmāsa rākṣasaiḥ sacivaiḥ saha ||
Als sie seine Worte hörten, kamen die Minister schnell herbei; dann hielt er Rat mit den Rākṣasas und seinen Beratern.
Having been ordered (by Ravana) that way, the ministers along with Rakshasas instantly reached and he started to think with them.
Counsel is morally neutral; dharma depends on the aim. Here deliberation serves an unrighteous agenda, warning that strategy without satya becomes harmful.
After an order is given, ministers assemble swiftly and a council is held.
Administrative decisiveness and coordination—though the verse implies these capacities can be misused when divorced from dharma.
