यद्यप्यकृतकृत्यानामीदृश स्स्यादुपक्रमः।भवेत्स दीनवदनो भ्रान्तविप्लुतमानसः।।।।

Transliteration

yady apy akṛtakṛtyānām īdṛśaḥ syād upakramaḥ |

bhavet sa dīna-vadano bhrānta-vipluta-mānasaḥ ||

Translation

Selbst wenn jene, die ihr Werk nicht vollbracht haben, auf solche Weise zurückkehrten, würde er niedergeschlagen erscheinen: das Antlitz gesenkt, der Geist verwirrt und aufgewühlt.
