प्रत्यागमनम् — Angada’s Return and the Confirmation of Sītā’s Discovery
समाश्वसिहि भद्रं ते दृष्टा देवी न संशयः।नागन्तुमिह शक्यं तैरतीते समये हि नः।।।।
samāśvasihi bhadraṃ te dṛṣṭā devī na saṃśayaḥ |
nāgantum iha śakyaṃ tair atīte samaye hi naḥ ||
Sei getrost, Rāma; Heil sei dir. Die Königin ist wahrlich gesehen worden, daran besteht kein Zweifel. Doch da die festgesetzte Frist überschritten ist, können sie nicht mehr hierher zu uns zurückkehren.
"Trust me, Rama. Be blessed. The vanaras have seen the divine lady. There is no doubt. It is not possible for them to come here after exceeding the time limit (in their search for Sita).
Dharma here emphasizes truthful reassurance grounded in reason: confidence should rest on reliable signs and time-bound discipline (respecting agreed limits in a mission).
Dadhimukha speaks to Rāma to remove his anxiety, asserting that Sītā has been seen and explaining the practical constraint of returning after the search time-limit has lapsed.
