इन्द्रजित्प्रेषणम्—ब्रह्मास्त्रबन्धः, हनूमद्ग्रहणं, रावणसभाप्रवेशः

तं मत्तमिव मातङ्गं बद्धं कपिवरोत्तमम्।राक्षसा राक्षसेन्द्राय रावणाय न्यवेदयन्।।।।

taṃ mattam iva mātaṅgaṃ baddhaṃ kapi-varottamam |

rākṣasā rākṣasendrāya rāvaṇāya nyavedayan ||

Die Rākṣasas führten Rāvaṇa, dem Herrn der Rākṣasas, den erhabensten der Affen vor—gebunden, und doch wie ein brünstiger Elefant, unwiderstehlich an Kraft.
