तताप न हि तं सूर्यः प्लवन्तं वानरोत्तमम्।सिषेवे च तदा वायू रामकार्यार्थसिद्धये।।।।

Transliteration

tatāpa na hi taṃ sūryaḥ plavantaṃ vānarottamam |

siṣeve ca tadā vāyū rāmakāryārthasiddhaye ||

Translation

Die Sonne sengte den Besten der Affen nicht, als er dahinflog; und da diente ihm auch der Wind—günstig und kühlend—damit Rāmas Vorhaben vollendet werde.
