Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest
तव सर्वमभिप्रायमविज्ञाय शुभानने।वासं न रोचयेऽरण्ये शक्तिमानपि रक्षणे।।2.30.28।।
tava sarvam abhiprāyam avijñāya śubhānane | vāsaṃ na rochaye 'raṇye śaktimān api rakṣaṇe || 2.30.28 ||
„O du mit dem schönen Antlitz, ohne deinen Entschluss ganz zu kennen, billigte ich nicht, dass du im Wald wohnen solltest, obgleich ich die Kraft habe, dich zu schützen.“
