Dialogue of Father and Son (Pitṛputra-saṃvāda) — Mohinī Episode

संमुखं व्रजमानस्य पुत्रस्य पितरं प्रति । पदे पदे यज्ञफलं प्रोचुः पौराणिका द्विजाः ॥ १४ ॥

saṃmukhaṃ vrajamānasya putrasya pitaraṃ prati | pade pade yajñaphalaṃ procuḥ paurāṇikā dvijāḥ || 14 ||

Als der Sohn seinem Vater entgegen ging, verkündeten die purāṇakundigen Brahmanen, dass er mit jedem einzelnen Schritt Verdienst erlange, das dem eines Opfers (yajña) gleichkomme.
