पलायते वा रोगार्तः प्रणमेद्वा भयान्वितः । पलाशेध्मानले तस्य पंचांगैस्तद्घृताप्लुतैः ॥ १७७ ॥
palāyate vā rogārtaḥ praṇamedvā bhayānvitaḥ | palāśedhmānale tasya paṃcāṃgaistadghṛtāplutaiḥ || 177 ||
Ob der von Krankheit Geplagte in Not davonläuft oder aus Furcht sich verneigt—dennoch soll das Ritual für ihn vollzogen werden: indem man Homa in ein Feuer darbringt, das mit Palāśa-Holz entzündet ist, unter Verwendung seiner fünf Teile (pañcāṅga), die mit jenem Ghee bestrichen sind.
