Yakṣiṇī-Mantra-Sādhana Nirūpaṇa

न्यसेत्कूर्परयोर्नाभौ जानुनोर्लिंगमस्तके । पादयोरपि गुह्ये च पार्श्वयोर्हृदये पुनः ॥ ७ ॥
nyasetkūrparayornābhau jānunorliṃgamastake | pādayorapi guhye ca pārśvayorhṛdaye punaḥ || 7 ||
Man vollzieht Nyāsa, indem man die Teile des Mantras an den Ellbogen und am Nabel setzt, an den Knien und auf dem Scheitel. Ebenso an den Füßen, in der geheimen Region, an den Seiten des Rumpfes und wiederum am Herzen.
