आधारादिषु चक्रेषु स्वचक्रवर्णपूर्वकान् । ब्रह्माणं डाकिनीयुक्तं वादिसांतार्णपूर्वकम् ॥ ५० ॥

ādhārādiṣu cakreṣu svacakravarṇapūrvakān | brahmāṇaṃ ḍākinīyuktaṃ vādisāṃtārṇapūrvakam || 50 ||

In den Cakras, beginnend mit dem Ādhāra, setze man zuerst die zu jedem Cakra gehörenden Buchstaben in ihrer rechten Reihenfolge; dann betrachte man Brahmā, vereint mit Ḍākinī, eingeleitet von der Reihe der Bīja von „va“ bis „sa“.
