Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It teaches that worship is strengthened by deliberate name-invocation: honoring sacred names first (as a mantra-based act) and then offering ritual arcana, linking devotion to precise ritual procedure.
By directing the devotee to worship exemplary devotees—Sugrīva, Aṅgada, Nīla, Jāmbavān, and Nala—it emphasizes bhakti through remembrance and reverence for the Lord’s associates, a classic Purāṇic method of deepening devotion.
It reflects ritual praxis (kalpa-style procedure) and mantra-usage: placing/reciting names with a specific upacāra sequence (first nāma-pūjā, then arcana), showing how correct order and method are integral to effective worship.
