Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It links inner purification (six-limbed prāṇāyāma) with outer worship (eight flower-offerings) and culminates in focused devotion through meditation on Rama with Sita—showing ritual as a support for steady bhakti and dhyāna.
Bhakti is expressed through reverent offerings and, more importantly, through sustained contemplation of the personal form of the Lord—Rama—together with Sita, emphasizing loving remembrance grounded in disciplined practice.
It highlights applied ritual-technical discipline: regulated prāṇāyāma as an aṅga of worship, correct use of a mūla-mantra, and a counted offering (aṣṭaka) sequence—features typical of procedural vidhi found in Vedanga-influenced practice.
