Rāmādi-pūjā-vidhāna
पीठन्यासादिकं कृत्वा ध्यायेद्धृदि रघूत्तमम् । कालांभोधरकांतं च वीरासनसमास्थितम् ॥ १० ॥
pīṭhanyāsādikaṃ kṛtvā dhyāyeddhṛdi raghūttamam | kālāṃbhodharakāṃtaṃ ca vīrāsanasamāsthitam || 10 ||
Nachdem man vorbereitende Riten wie das pīṭha-nyāsa vollzogen hat, soll man im Herzen Raghūttama (Rāma) meditieren: strahlend wie eine dunkle Regenwolke und fest gegründet in der Heldenhaltung (vīrāsana) sitzend.
