The Exposition of Nṛsiṁha Worship-Mantras, Nyāsa, Mudrās, Yantras, Kavaca, and Nṛsiṁha Gāyatrī

पदानि तु मुखे मूर्ध्नि नसि चक्षुषि कर्णयोः । आस्ये च हृदये नाभौ पादान्सर्वाङ्गके न्यसेत् ॥ २६ ॥

padāni tu mukhe mūrdhni nasi cakṣuṣi karṇayoḥ | āsye ca hṛdaye nābhau pādānsarvāṅgake nyaset || 26 ||

Man soll die heiligen Worte als Nyāsa auf Mund, Scheitel, Nase, Augen und Ohren setzen; ebenso auf Gesicht, Herz und Nabel — und dann auf alle Glieder des Körpers.
