Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 194

The Exposition of Nṛsiṁha Worship-Mantras, Nyāsa, Mudrās, Yantras, Kavaca, and Nṛsiṁha Gāyatrī

पाञ्चरात्रिक दितिज विनिधनान्ते करेति च । महामाया अमोघान्ते दर्यं दैत्येन्द्र शब्दतः ॥ १९४ ॥

pāñcarātrika ditija vinidhanānte kareti ca | mahāmāyā amoghānte daryaṃ daityendra śabdataḥ || 194 ||

Nach dem Gebrauch im Pāñcarātra wird die Form „kareti“ gebildet, indem nach „ditija“ das Suffix „-vinidhana“ angefügt wird. Ebenso wird nach „mahāmāyā“ das Suffix „-amogha“ gesetzt; und nach „daryaṃ“ entsteht das Wort „daityendra“ — so wird es kraft der Autorität von śabda (sprachlich-grammatisches Zeugnis) gelehrt.
