Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches a complete sādhana sequence—dhyāna (meditation), large-count japa (108,000), and daśāṃśa-homa (one-tenth oblations)—showing that inner focus and outer ritual together mature mantra-siddhi.
By prescribing meditation and worship (arcanā) alongside mantra repetition, it frames mantra-practice as an act of sustained reverence—devotion expressed through disciplined remembrance and offering.
Ritual prayoga is emphasized: fixed japa-saṅkhyā (108,000) and the daśāṃśa rule for homa using specified havis (ghee and pāyasa), performed according to the earlier stated procedure.
